Politique d'expédition

We are pleased to provide our clients safe, fast and FREE shipping on all orders within the United States. All wedding bands are made to order; therefore we require about 10 business days from the time we receive payment to the day we ship. All other jewelry is available to ship within 1-5 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, it will be inspected, securely packaged and
shipped by USPS. At checkout, expedited UPS shipping is available for an additional cost. When your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Packages over $500 require a signature when delivered.

APO/FPO Shipments:

APO/FPO & P.O. Box address shipments will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Due to APO & FPO orders being processed through the military postal service shipping may take longer to arrive. All shipments are sent through the USPS system to an APO/FPO are drop shipped to a military postal service known as an APO or FPO within 3-5 business days. From that point on, we depend on the military postal service to deliver the package to you in a timely manner. We cannot specify a delivery date. Shipments to any APO/FPO also cannot be tracked online because of security reasons. APO/FPO customers can however check with their service to find out the exact status of shipment.

International Shipping:

International shipping is available. You can choose the carrier at check out and the shipping cost will be calculated for you depending on where you live. International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes and surcharges levied/charged by their country. Please check with the local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm tax and duty regulations and charges.
